From appetizers to main courses, the flavors you will taste are typical of mountain cuisine, based on seasonal products from local farms. All the raw materials used in our preparations are cooked to enhance the authentic flavor of our land and mountain cuisine.

From winter to summer, our typical mountain cuisine appetizers are a riot of unmistakable flavors and aromas: in autumn you can enjoy a tasty dish of chickpea and chestnut soup from the Cimini Mountains topped with wild fennel, or a delicious legume soup and Gradoli Purgatory Beans and Onano Lentils. For all seasons you can enjoy our bruschettas with duck breast, porcini mushrooms, culatello and other specialties. There cheese selection with mustards, beans Tuscia and other seasonal products.

First courses based on porcini mushrooms or truffles, with local cheeses, but also grilled mushrooms to accompany grilled meat.

A rich menu of second courses, from wild boar to stews, buffalo meat and Chianina, served with truffled polenta or condiments based on mushrooms or cheeses. The wide choice of grilled meats, coming from all over the world, and served on lava stone to be enjoyed directly at the table based on the desired degree of cooking.

Opening hours Summer 2026

The restaurant will be open every day for lunch and dinner until August 23rd.

Starting August 24th, it's open for lunch on Mondays, and for lunch and dinner on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Closed on Tuesdays.
